Pastured Pork Chops

Our pastured pork chops are available bone-in for the fuller flavor of meat cooked on the bone, and boneless, which opens up many possibilities.

Get two bone-in pork loins per vacuum-sealed pack at an average of one and three-quarter pounds. Grill, roast, smoke, or sear these loins, one of the most tender cuts, for luscious chops that go great with a sweet-and-sour peach jam or a honey-mustard dressing.

Or serve grilled loin with freshly-harvested, pan-seared asparagus buds, rich farm butter, lemon juice, and a hint of salt and pepper.

At around two inches thick, our boneless chops are fantastic stuffed; some of our favorites are apple and bacon, caramelized onions and blue cheese, and an Italian mozzarella, spinach, and sun-dried tomato combo. Each pack contains one chop. Or grill them to accompany fresh, seasonal sides.

Our pasture-fed pigs develop lovely flavor and an omega-3 to omega-6 ratio, making this incredibly healthy meat. Moreover, our grazing rotation practices assist grasses in capturing atmospheric carbon in their roots. There are no downsides to these chops!
