One of the most tender cuts of meat from the pig is the loin chops, making these pork loin chops the perfect tender cut for your next meal. Our pastured pork is super flavorful, and these chops are bone in, making the meat even more tender and full of flavor when you cook them! The ways to cook these chops are vast: grilling, oven roasting, pan-seared, smoked, or even fried! You can create delicious meals that everyone will be sure to enjoy.
When we want a quick and easy meal that is still flavorful and delicious, we love to grill out pork chops with just a bit of salt and pepper along with any seasonal vegetables, like asparagus. And to give our grilled loin chops a sweet finish, we recommend a sauce using your favorite jam! We recently tried a peach jam with a hint of maple syrup and some lemon juice and it gave these pork chops a delicious and sweet note to cut through the savory meat and slightly charred asparagus.
Our pasture raised Pork Loin Chops come two to a package and average around one and three quarters pounds of premium pork that are vacuum sealed for freshness. These pigs have the best life possible when on our farm. From the moment they are born or brought to our farm, our animals are treated with the utmost respect. Rotational grazing when the weather permits allows them to have the best health for the animals while also allowing proper stewardship of the pastures. They are also provided free choice locally milled grains to ensure they have the best nutrients possible. Our animals are never fed animal by products and are never given growth hormones or steroids.
