Serve our pastured pork roasts at family feasts. Use the pork butt for steaks and sausages, or cook this full-flavored, deeply marbled cut low and slow for the perfect pulled pork. Our boneless pork loin, a lean, tender cut from the pig's back, is ideal for slicing into chops, stuffing, and oven-roasting. Both cuts come in two to four-pound vacuum-sealed packs.

Our one-pound tenderloins are lean, tender cuts that elevate soups, stews, and casseroles to the stuff of legends.

The low fat content results in mild-flavored meat that responds wonderfully to a marinade of your choice, or you can plump for our sweet bourbon marinated tenderloin. Grill or oven roast it for a crowd-pleasing dish, sauté medallions, or experiment with a meat pie.

We offer home delivery by our in-house team in eastern Massachusetts. UPS Ground provides delivery throughout New England, the east coast states as far south as the Carolinas, and west as far as Ohio and Indiana. We provide free delivery on all orders of $159 or more. All meat is delivered to you frozen to ensure safety and quality.
