Our country-style pork ribs are bone-in and come in two to a pack. Long one of our favorites, this cut is taken from the muscular, fat-covered region between the shoulder and the loin. A beautifully marbled cut, they are outstanding for low and slow cooking, such as in a crockpot.

Summer is a time for barbecues and backyard get-togethers. Our baby back ribs offer meat that responds beautifully to smoking; they become tender, melt off the bones, and are incomparably delicious!

You can also oven-bake them or put them through the slow cooker or grill them on low heat, and you'll get soft, succulent, supremely flavorful pork. 

Our half rack comes in at around one-and-a-half pounds or five to seven ribs with a generous portion of meat. Our full rack is about three pounds, giving you ten to thirteen ribs with plenty of our fantastic pork.

Glaze them with smoky barbeque sauce, Asian-inspired honey mustard, or spicy dry rubs. Whichever you choose, Lilac Hedge pastured pork ribs are healthy meat from pigs that have had a good life on well-managed pastures.
