Bacon ends are just that, the ends on the bacon that are trimmed when slicing bacon: and it's one of Heidi's favorite cuts for use in the kitchen. Depending on the shape and size of the ends in the package, she chops them up and pan fries, then adds the bits into everything from breakfast bakes to creamy pasta dishes. And don't forget to reserve those bacon drippings for cooking later!
Note: Because this is nitrate free and uncured it has a darker color than nitrate-added products. It will cook up darker but that's natural for this fully nitrate free product!
