Gift Box Questions

Q: How will my Gift Box come packaged?

A: Your gift box will come packaged in an insulated box packed with dry ice. If you order a gift box and additional products, we will pack the gift box separately from the rest of your order.

Q: Can I send a custom Gift Box?

A:  We are currently not set up to offer custom gift boxes. 

Q: If I have specific questions not addressed here, how should I contact?

Q: Do you offer gift cards?

A: We do offer gift cards which can be purchased here.

Q: How do I send each box type?

A: At the current time, you'll have to treat each gift purchase as a unique transaction. If you'd like to send one of each gift box, simply process the transaction for each box separately, sending the box to your gift recipient.

Q: How do I send a gift directly to my recipient's address?

A: It's easy, please add your gift recipient's first and last name under the contact information section, and replace your address in the delivery details section. Please note that you may be prompted to enter your gift recipient's Zip code to change the delivery method depending on where they live.

Q: How do I change my "delivered by" date at checkout?

A: The default date is the next soonest delivery by date to your gift recipient's address. But you can change the estimated delivery by date by clicking on the Delivery Details section and selecting an alternative date in the drop-down menu.

Q: Who notifies my gift recipient a gift is coming?

A: You can surprise them when it arrives or let them know a gift is on the way. As with all normal orders, we'll keep you updated every step of the way.
