Ground Pork

The meat for the ground pork comes from the hams and shoulder and is ground to have a fine crumble when cooked. This meat can be flavored like your favorite sausage and added to meatballs or your favorite red sauce for a pasta dish. Our ground pork comes in (approximately) 1 lb. packages of premium pork that are vacuum-sealed for freshness. These pigs have the best life possible when on our farm. From the moment they are born or brought to our farm, our animals are treated with the utmost respect. They are also provided free-choice locally-milled grains to ensure they have the best nutrients. Our animals are never fed animal by-products and are never given growth hormones or steroids.
