Centerville’s team hand-shapes the dough and builds each pie using time-tested recipes matched directly to our culinary direction.

- Large Pie (38–42 oz): Serves 4 generously on its own, or feed 6+ when paired with a fresh side salad or seasonal veggies.
- Small Pie (~16 oz / 1-2 Serving Size): Perfect for a quick lunch, an individual dinner, or a simple meal for two when served with sides.
Simply bake from frozen, serve, and enjoy farm-fresh comfort food made the traditional way.
Cooking Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Remove plastic wrap and place pie on a cookie sheet.
- Bake pie on the bottom rack for 90 minutes (large pie) or 60 minutes (small pie) or until golden brown (internal temperature should reach 165 degrees).
- Remove from the oven and allow the pie to cool, then slice and enjoy!
