Sausage Gravy Biscuit Cups

Sausage gravy biscuit cups are a breakfast favorite! Flaky biscuit cups loaded with perfect sausage gravy - so easy to make with just four ingredients.

Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground breakfast sausage
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 3 cups milk
- flaky canned biscuits, 8 count
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- In a large skillet over medium heat, brown and crumble the sausage
- Do not drain the grease, add the flour to it and whisk for a minute or two cooking the flour and creating a roux.
- Add salt and pepper.
- Add in your milk, whisking as you add.
- Continue whisking while the gravy begins to thicken and bubble.
- Let cook and bubble for 3-5 minutes.
- Peel flaky biscuit dough into thirds and place one in each cup of lightly greased mini muffin tin.
- Fill each biscuit dough cup with sausage gravy.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until dough is golden brown.
