Our steak tips come from the teres major, a cut from the chuck section of the cow right below its front leg. It is one of the most tender cuts from our beef after the tenderloin! Use your favorite dressing or sauce on these steak tips and let the flavors penetrate the meat, making for a tender and delicious midweek meal.
Our pasture-raised steak tips average around 1 lb. of premium beef vacuum-sealed for freshness. These cows have the best life possible when on our farm. From the moment they are born or brought to our farm, our animals are treated with the utmost respect. When the weather permits, rotational grazing allows for the best health of the animals while also enabling proper stewardship of the pastures. Our animals are never fed animal by-products and are never given growth hormones or steroids.
