COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: If frozen, defrost before cooking. Separate wings onto baking pan. Bake at 400* F. for 45-55 minutes or until fully cooked.

Our vacuum-sealed packages of chicken wings have an average of 8 flats/drumettes per package and weigh around 1.9 pounds.
