Our fully cooked meatballs are a blend of both our pasture raised beef and pork, seasoned and fully cooked for an easy addition to your dinner any night of the week. They're flavorful but not overpowering and are excellent as a pasta topper. They're also the perfect size on your favorite bun for a meatball grinder.
These meatballs average in numbers per package but are at least 1 pound total (fully cooked weight).
Our chefs carefully blend the ingredients and then pan sear and roast these meatballs for maximum flavor. Because they're fully cooked, reheating is a breeze! You can warm thawed meatballs in your oven at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes, but our preference is to simmer them in a sauce pan. They'll be delicious with your homemade sauce or one made locally, like by Valicenti Pasta Farm.
