Our fully cooked meatballs blend our pasture-raised beef and pork, seasoned and fully cooked, for an easy addition to your dinner any night of the week. They're flavorful but not overpowering and are excellent as a pasta topper. They're also the perfect size on your favorite bun for a meatball grinder.
These meatballs average in numbers per package but are at least 1 lb. total (fully cooked weight).
Our chefs carefully blend the ingredients and then pan-sear and roast these meatballs for maximum flavor. Because they're fully cooked, reheating is a breeze! You can warm thawed meatballs in your oven at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes, but we prefer to simmer them in a saucepan. They'll be delicious with your homemade sauce, or one made locally, like Valicenti Pasta Farm.
