This recipe is simple, dependable, and downright delicious! You can make it on the stove-top or in a crockpot, and customize it any way you choose.

Ingredients
- 1 pound VELVEETA®, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 1 (10 ounce) can RO*TEL Diced Tomatoes and Green Chilies, undrained
- (1/2 lb.) Sweet Italian Pork Sausage Ground
Directions
- Brown and drain sausage.
- Mix Velveeta, Ro-Tel and sausage crumbles into a microwave-safe bowl (or add to the browned sausage in the pot.)
- Microwave on high for 3 minutes or cook on low heat until Velveeta is completely melted.
- Serve with corn chips, nacho chips or mix it in with some penne pasta.
