Ingredients
- 1 medium navel orange
- 1 (12 ounce) package fresh cranberries
- ½ cup white sugar
- ⅛ teaspoon ground cinnamon
Directions
- Grate 2 teaspoons zest from orange; set aside. Peel orange and divide into segments.
- Place segments, zest, cranberries, sugar, and cinnamon in a food processor; pulse until finely chopped.
- Transfer to a bowl. Cover and refrigerate until flavors have blended, at least 2 hours and up to 3 days.
Note
• If you prefer a sweeter relish, you can increase the sugar to 3/4 cup.
• You can add chopped walnuts or pecans for crunch, if you like.
