Our half cow is the best way to get a large and wide assortment of our beef at extra savings. You'll receive approximately 190 lbs. of pasture-raised steaks, roasts, burgers and more. The cut list below shows approximately what cuts are in a half cow; exact weights and specific cuts may vary.
Our half-cow provides plenty of nutrient-dense pastured protein and will take approximately 8 cubic feet of freezer space to store.
These cows have the best life possible when on our farm. From the moment they are born or brought to our farm, our animals are treated with the utmost respect. When the weather permits, rotational grazing allows for the best health of the animals while enabling proper stewardship of the pastures. Our animals are never fed animal by-products and are never given growth hormones or steroids.
