These fully-cooked Thai Chicken Meatballs are our chef's newest creation and a huge hit with those who have tried them. Made with lean ground chicken, their flavor mix is perfect for simmering with your favorite ramen. They also make an excellent Thai meatball soup simmered in coconut milk, lemongrass, chili, a handful of local spinach, or other seasonings in your pantry!

These meatballs average in numbers per package but are at least 1 lb. total (fully cooked weight).

Our chefs carefully blend the ingredients and then pan-sear and roast these meatballs for maximum flavor. Because they're fully cooked, reheating is a breeze! You can warm thawed meatballs in your oven at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes, but we prefer to simmer them in a saucepan. They'll be delicious with your homemade sauce, or one made locally, like Valicenti Pasta Farm.

Ground chicken, panko bread crumbs (bleached wheat flour, dextrose, yeast, salt), eggs, scallions, soy sauce (water, soybeans, wheat, sodium benzoate), garlic, ginger, sesame seeds, fish sauce (anchovy extract, water, salt, fructose & hydrolyzed wheat protein), rice vinegar (water, rice, sugarcane, corn syrup, salt). Top Allergens: Soy, Wheat, Eggs, Fish, Sesame. Reheat to 165 degrees.
