Our favorite way to cook T-bone steaks is on the grill, but you can enjoy it seared and finished in the oven to get the best texture outside while still keeping the steak tender. A dollop of fresh herb butter completes this steak for the perfect special occasion!

Our pasture-raised T-Bone Steak averages around 2 lbs. of premium beef cut about 1 inch thick and vacuum-sealed for freshness. Due to the different growing rates of our cows, the size of the T-bone steaks will vary. These cows have the best life possible when on our farm. From the moment they are born or brought to our farm, our animals are treated with the utmost respect. When the weather permits, rotational grazing allows for the best health of the animals while also enabling proper stewardship of the pastures. Our animals are never fed animal by-products and are never given growth hormones or steroids.
