These bone-in beef short ribs are the epitome of set it and forget it style cooking. Perfect for cooking in a slow cooker or in a dutch oven, dinner can be cooked for hours and will come out perfect and fall off the bone tender. These ribs average three pounds each, and the fat content allows them to be tender and delicious when slow roasted or braised. The most common way to braise is with beef broth and red wine, but you can be as adventurous as you want when braising by taking inspiration from other countries like Korea and other Asian countries. Black Angus beef is juicy and tender with wonderful marbling of fat, and these short ribs are no exception to that! Our pasture raised short ribs come in between one to three pound packages of premium beef that are vacuum sealed for freshness. When ordering, be sure to specify if you need a certain weight of short ribs in the notes section. These cows have the best life possible when on our farm. From the moment they are born or brought to our farm, our animals are treated with the utmost respect. Rotational grazing when the weather permits allows our animals to have the best health while also allowing proper stewardship of the pastures. Our animals are never fed animal by products and are never given growth hormones or steroids
