This cut of lamb is like the ribeye of the lamb, with its great marbled fat and flavor that are cut one inch thick. These rib chops are bone in, giving them even more flavor. Just prepare with your favorite marinade or seasonings and cook with your preferred method. They can be grilled, pan seared or baked along with your favorite sides for a delicious and elegant meal. We highly recommend using rosemary and garlic with these rib chops to compliment the natural flavor of the lamb meat. When preparing, we highly encourage using a thermometer to keep an eye on these chops, as they are best when cooked to medium or medium rare for the most delicious experience.
Our pasture raised lamb rib chops come in around fourteen ounce packages of premium lamb, containing between 4-6 chops per package, that are vacuum sealed for freshness. These sheep have the best life possible when on our farm. From the moment they are born or brought to our farm, our animals are treated with the utmost respect. Rotational grazing when the weather permits allows them to have the best health for the animals while also allowing proper stewardship of the pastures. They are also provided free choice locally milled grains to ensure they have the best nutrients possible. Our animals are never fed animal by products and are never given growth hormones or steroids.
