When deciding what additional sides we wanted to offer, we knew that mashed potatoes had to be one of the options. We are fortunate to have wonderful farmer friends who grow the best red potatoes locally, so we wanted to make sure you could bring them to your table this year.
Simplify your meal prep by adding a quart or two of our potatoes to your order. Made with all local main ingredients (potatoes, heavy cream, butter, and our own vegetable stock), this is a side you won't want to pass up.
To reheat, thaw according to food safety guidelines. Once fully thawed reheat on the stove on low heat stirring constantly or in a baking dish in the oven. If uncovered, top will brown. NOTE: Separation is completely natural; as long as you stir thoroughly to reincorporate stock they will be perfectly delicious. Feel free to add more butter or milk, if you prefer a silkier texture.
Heat to 165 degrees.
