With the nice marbling and thick cut of these loin chops, these are similar to the beef porterhouse cut in style. These are cut between one to two inches thick and are bone in, giving you the best flavor possible from the lamb. It can be grilled, pan seared, baked or braised with your favorite blend of spices. One of our favorite ways to prepare these loin chops is grilled and finished with a refreshingly light and cooling mint chimichurri sauce that compliments the rich and flavorful meat beautifully. When preparing your lamb loin chops, we highly encourage using a thermometer to ensure these fast cooking cuts don’t overcook. They are best served between medium to medium rare in order to get the best flavor experience.
