Our ground chicken is the best of both worlds. We mixed the white meat of chicken breasts with the dark meat of chicken thighs to create this unique blend of ground meat. You get a perfect mixture of flavor and juiciness from the two different cuts to elevate your dish.
This pasture-raised meat can be an excellent replacement for other ground meats. From lighter versions of meatballs and meatloaf to creating your own chicken burgers, the possibilities are endless to make it your own. Add the usual sausage flavors of sage, thyme and fennel for a sausage alternative, or add your own twist like apples and onions for a sweeter option. These birds have the best life possible when on our farm. When the weather permits, rotational grazing allows for the best health of the animals while also enabling proper stewardship of the pastures. They are also provided with a free choice of locally milled grains to ensure they have the best nutrients possible. Our animals are never fed animal by-products and are never given growth hormones or steroids.
