This kit is appropriate for 8-16 people, depending on whether you're using it as a grazing board with additional sides or if it will be the "main event" at the appetizer table.
This kit will surely hit the spot for your holiday gathering, made from locally curated meats, cheeses, crackers, and more that we sell in our farm stand. All items will arrive in their original packaging so you can learn more about the local brands we're featuring and decide how many items to feature at your special event.
The Kit Includes:
The Meats & Cheeses: (2) cured meat selections: Vendors include a variety of Short Creek Farm, Brooklyn Cured, Vermont Smoke & Cure, Gastro's Meats, or Jacuterie. (4) assorted cheeses from Smith's Country Cheese, Westfield Farm, and Plymouth Artisan Cheese, including varieties of cheddar, havarti, farmers cheese, and/or gouda.
The Extra Goodies: (1) savory Gracious Gourmet tapenade, (1) sweet Blake Hill Preserves Jam, (1) Port City Pretzels snack bag, 2 Q's Nuts seasoned nuts -one sweet one savory-, (1) Brewer’s Cracker, (1) Stowe Mercantile crackers.
