Our new chicken patties come with 4 patties per package weighing 1/3 lb. each, so each package weighs 1.2-1.3 lbs. total. These have quickly become a favorite of many farm staff.
Processor note on preparation: Because ground chicken can be a bit "sticky," these patties have paper in between them to help make them easier to pull apart for cooking. We find the easiest way to handle them is to remove them from the packaging for cooking when they're still just slightly frozen and more firm.
