Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs

Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs

Enjoy the flavor and versatility of our pasture-raised chicken thighs with the ease of handling you get from cuts like our boneless, skinless breasts. We have removed the thigh bones and skin for easy preparation of these trimmed thigh cutlets to be chopped up and incorporated into your favorite dish.

Thigh meat is more succulent and flavorful than breasts and more forgiving when cooked. Add it to your favorite curry dish for a delicious protein option or a savory and rich chicken salad.

Our pasture-raised boneless and skinless thighs come in vacuum-sealed packages, averaging 3-4 thighs per package. Thanks to customer feedback on packaging, we have switched to recyclable plastic trays for this chicken cut. These new trays are designed to provide easy, mess-free thawing; these curbside recyclable trays reduce waste and prolong product "shelf life" by reducing broken seal packages. Because our broiler chickens are straight run, meaning both male and female birds live together, they grow at different rates, so the size of the chicken thighs can vary when processing.

These birds have the best life possible when on our farm. When the weather permits, rotational grazing allows for the best health of the animals while also enabling proper stewardship of the pastures. They are also provided a free choice of locally milled grains to ensure they have the best nutrients. Our animals are never fed animal by-products and are never given growth hormones or steroids.
