The leg roast comes from the back haunch of the lamb, making it a naturally tender and juicy roast that is perfect for slow roasting, braising, and even smoking for succulent and delicious meat. Our leg of lamb roast comes boneless, making it much easier to slice into steaks or cube into smaller kabob and stewing pieces. Don't be daunted by this roast; it is very simple to cook and will surely be the talk of your next dinner party.

Our favorite way to cook this leg roast is to slow roast in the oven, especially with melted butter and fresh herbs to make the meat more tender and flavorful with a few bastings while it cooks. Served with your favorite sides, it will be a huge hit with your friends and family.

Our pasture-raised boneless leg of lamb comes in packages ranging from 3-6 lbs. of premium lamb vacuum-sealed for freshness. These sheep have the best life possible when on our farm. From the moment they are born or brought to our farm, our animals are treated with the utmost respect. When the weather permits, rotational grazing allows them to have the best health for the animals while also enabling proper stewardship of the pastures. They are also provided free choice of locally milled grains to ensure they have the best nutrients possible. Our animals are never fed animal by-products and are never given growth hormones or steroids.
