Created from a blend of brisket, chuck, round and trim from other quality beef, our burgers average 80-85% lean and can be thrown on the grill only slightly or fully thawed for an even easier cooking method.

Our pasture-raised 8 oz. patties come in two to a pack, making the total to be 16 oz. packages of premium beef that are vacuum-sealed for freshness. These cows have the best life possible when on our farm. From the moment they are born or brought to our farm, our animals are treated with the utmost respect. When the weather permits, rotational grazing allows our animals to have the best health while also enabling proper stewardship of the pastures. Our animals are never fed animal by-products and are never given growth hormones or steroids.
