Approximately a 5-8 lb. netted turkey breast. Boneless, skin-on, with no stuffing or seasoning, season and stuff as you wish.
Thawing Instructions: If you are able to thaw your turkey breast in the refrigerator, it will take one day per every 4-5 lbs. of weight. If you need to thaw it quicker, you can use the USDA's recommended cold water bath method. Place the unopened breast in cold tap water, change every 30 minutes to keep the breast in the safe temperature zone of less than 40°.
Cooking Instructions: Season your breast as desired. Roast in a preheated 350° oven. It will take approximately 16 minutes per pound to cook and we recommend utilizing a thermometer in the thickest part of the meat to ensure it hits 165°. Remove from the oven and rest 15-20 minutes before untying and slicing.
