With an update to our old pulled pork recipe, we're thrilled to offer this again. Although it still has a sweet and smoky flavor, many customers had asked us to dial back the extreme sweetness of our old recipe to lower the sugar content. It's lighter on sauce than before but has been elevated in flavor with additional spices.
If you prefer a saucier pulled pork, we get it! Don't hesitate to pick up a bottle of locally sourced barbeque sauce by Appalachian Naturals, available in our "pantry" section.
Our pasture-raised pork is slow-cooked with the perfect smoky and tangy seasonings blend. Just reheat and enjoy on a freshly baked roll, over macaroni and cheese, or as-is with fresh grilled vegetables.
Fully cooked, reheat to enjoy. We recommend thawing in the refrigerator overnight, then transferring to an appropriate container on the stove or in the microwave to 165 degrees.
