The best homemade pork chops are ready in just 30 minutes! These bone-in chops are coated in a quick, flavorful seasoning (5 minutes prep) then oven-baked until perfectly juicy and tender—never dry.

Ingredients
- 4 lamb loin chops
- 4 tbsp olive oil, (or other cooking oil of choice)
- PORK CHOP SEASONING:
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp granulated sugar
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp ground mustard
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°F and grease a baking pan with oil or line it with parchment paper.
- Make the seasoning mix by combining the seasonings in a small bowl and mixing.
- Place the pork chops on the baking pan and drizzle oil over each pork chop. Rub (or brush) the oil over both sides of the pork chops.
- Season the pork chops on both sides with the seasoning mix.
- Place the pork chops in the oven to bake for 25 minutes, or until the pork chops reach a temperature of 145°F.
- Carefully remove from the oven and allow the pork chops to rest for 3-5 minutes before serving.
