3 Ingredient Sweet and Spicy Salmon
Here’s an easy salmon recipe you’ll come back to time and time again! 3 Ingredient Sweet and Spicy Salmon is the kind of dish you make when you want a quick and healthy meal with minimal fussing around in the kitchen. You can literally have dinner on the table in about 20 minutes.

Ingredients

  • (1 1/2 lbs.) Salmon Fillet
  • 5 teaspoons brown sugar or coconut sugar
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • Lime wedges - optional

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the salmon on it, skin side down.
  2. In a small bowl combine the sugar, chili powder, and salt. Sprinkle the mixture on the salmon and rub it around to evenly coat the salmon.
  3. Roast on the bottom rack of the oven for 10-15 minutes until glazed.
  4. Serve with lime wedges if desired.
