Apple pork tenderloin is packed with Fall flavors. It's quick to prepare a slow cooker meal with just a few simple ingredients for a wonderful, healthy meal.

Ingredients
- 1 Tbs. coconut or olive oil
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 2 medium apples - sliced
- 1 medium onion - sliced
- 1 TBS rosemary - dried or fresh
- Pepper to taste
- (1 lb.) Pork Tenderloin
Directions
- Lightly grease the bottom of slow cooker with the coconut or olive oil.
- Slice onion and place in the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Place pork tenderloin on top of onions.
- Place sliced apples on top of pork.
- Sprinkle rosemary on top of pork.
- Pour chicken stock over all ingredients.
- Cook for 4 hours on high or 7-8 hours on low.
