YOU WILL NEED:
-2 Cups of water, 4 Tbsp of melted butter, 1 Egg
DIRECTIONS:
- Whisk egg and water together, then add contents of bag. Stir in melted butter.
- Butter griddle or pan over low/low medium heat. Ladle 1/4 cup of batter onto griddle.
- Flip once bubbles appear all over. Let sit for 2-3 minutes longer or until cooked all the way through.
- Serve warm with maple syrup.
Also referred to as griddle cakes, this mix makes incredibly light and fluffy buttermilk pancakes. A great addition to breakfast, topped with Hollis Hills maple syrup or our eggs and bacon.
