Butter & Herb Scone Mix

YOU WILL NEED:

1/3 Cup milk

1 Egg

5 Stick cold butter, diced

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 450 degrees F
  2. Pour contents of  scone mix into a bowl. Add egg, milk and one stick of cold diced butter. Mix ingredients with hands (gloves recommended) until slightly sticky dough is formed. 
  3. Shape the dough into 8 balls and place on baking sheet. Flatten slightly with hand until 1 1/2" thick.
  4. Bake 14-18 minutes, tops will begin to golden.
