Blueberry Pancake Mix

16oz | 10 Servings

YOU WILL NEED:

2 Cups of water

4 Tbsp of melted butter

1 Egg

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Whisk egg and water together, then add contents of bag. Stir in melted butter.
  2. Butter griddle or pan over low/low medium heat. Ladle 1/4 cup of batter onto griddle.
  3. Flip once bubbles appear all over. Let sit for 2-3 minutes longer or until cooked all the way through.
  4. Serve warm with maple syrup.


Also referred to as griddle cakes, this mix makes incredibly light and fluffy buttermilk pancakes.  A great addition to breakfast, topped with Hollis Hills maple syrup or our eggs and bacon.
