Our Beef Bone Broth Makers kit provides all you need to make a healthy, rich broth plus extra seasonings to keep on hand for other kitchen adventures. Doing this yourself provides the opportunity to fine tune the recipe to exactly what you're seeking while allowing you to leave behind high-sodium, bland tasting broths that are over-processed.
Each Kit Contains:
* 2 packages of pasture raised beef bones averaging 2.5 pounds total of assorted varieties such as neck, rib, and/or knuckle bones.
* 1 package of our Soup & Stew Vegetable Pack: local onion, carrot and celery diced and ready to cook with.
* 1 package of Boston Broth spice blend.
The tasty combination above will easily create 5 quarts of broth in your crock pot, instant pot, or on the stove; more if your pot will allow you to yield a couple extra quarts. Note: You CAN reuse bones! Make two batches with one set of bones.
The key to getting the best flavor is to make sure they are roasted first. Many people will also add in a bit of apple cider vinegar to help break down the bones more and release even more nutrition, but that's up to you!
