Tangy Grilled Pork Tenderloin
For a quick, high-flavor meal, this tangy grilled pork tenderloin is my go-to. It’s a tried-and-true favorite that never misses; just remember to factor in marinating time for the best results!

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds pork tenderloin
  • ⅔ cup honey
  • ½ cup Dijon mustard
  • ¼ teaspoon chili powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Whisk honey, Dijon mustard, chili powder, and salt together in a bowl; pour into a resealable plastic bag. Add pork tenderloins, coat with marinade, squeeze out excess air, and seal the bag. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
  2. Preheat an outdoor grill for medium, indirect heat and lightly oil the grate.
  3. Remove tenderloins from marinade and shake off excess. Discard remaining marinade.
  4. Cook on the preheated grill until an instant-read thermometer inserted into centers reads 145°, 15 to 25 minutes.
