Slow Cooker Lamb Shanks

There's nothing like a juicy, slow-cooked bowl of lamb shanks to herald in the cooler months! You can use your slow cooker to make these lamb shanks or brown them in a pan and cook, covered, for 4 hours.

Ingredients
- 4 lamb shanks
- 4 fresh rosemary sprigs, plus extra sprigs to serve
- 1/3 cup orange marmalade
- One packet dry French onion soup mix
Directions
- Place lamb shanks and rosemary in a slow cooker.
- Whisk marmalade, soup mix and 1/2 cup water in a bowl until combined. Pour over lamb shanks. Cook, covered, on low for 8 hours or until lamb is tender. Alternatively, cook in a covered pot for 4 hours, but watch it closely so it doesn't burn.
- Serve lamb shanks, with pan juices, sprinkled with extra rosemary.
