Made from primarily dark meat of the thigh, our turkey bacon stays more juicy than its all white meat counterparts. With a balance between the sweet and smoky savory flavor, it is great on it's own or as part of your stackable sandwiches.
Whereas traditional bacon comes from the belly of the animal, our turkey bacon is crafted from chopped turkey meat and then is seasoned, smoked, and pressed into convenient strips. Easily cooked in the oven or on the stove, it's a great way to add a pop of flavor to sandwiches, wraps, and salads.
