Our scallops from Jordan Brother's Seafood are sold in packages of approximately 8oz. each so you can purchase exactly the number of servings you need. Although their size can vary slightly between harvests, their quality is always top-notch and a customer favorite.

Wild caught in the Atlantic close to home between Chatham and Maine, these sustainably harvested scallops are 100% all natural. Known for their rich, sweet flavor and ability to melt-in-your-mouth they're delectable on their own or aside a steak for a perfect surf and turf pairing. Easy to prepare in a variety of methods, you can sauté, roast, grill, or our favorite: pan sear in a bit of reserved bacon drippings.
